I have a controller where the trigger buttons (unpressed, at rest) push against the shoulder buttons so that the shoulder buttons do not come back up again once pressed. I can see them touching on the broken controller while on a working controller there is a space between them. If I hold the the trigger buttons fully depressed, the shoulder buttons click correctly. I have replaced the pins and springs attaching the trigger buttons, but that did not seem to fix the issue. Any idea what the problem could be? Thanks
