On mine the on/off button on the back is a spring loaded rocker switch - pressing the on/off switch turns it on and the button immediately returns so the on side of the button up again - it’s spring loaded to return to the up position. Mine got stuck so that pressing the On button turned it On but the On button stayed depressed. With the On button stuck in the down position and I’d press the brew button the whole Keurig turned itself off every time. Turning it On by pressing the On button and then pressing the Off side of the button so the On side returns to the up position ‘fixed’ it. With the On side back up it worked fine. I sprayed my on/off switch with a little silicon spray or WD40 and it fixed the button so now it automatically returns the On side of the button to the up position and it works normally.
