Spilled water on my Desktop. Turns on but won't show screen.

So my cat spilt a glass of water on my desktop fan which made it go inside of it. Most of the water went on the floor but still some went into the computer. I immediatly unplugged it and powered it off then took the cover of the case off and let it dry for about 48 hours. It powers on and my mouse and keyboard light up like they're on (This only happens when the computer gives power to the wireless USBs) but nothing shows up on my monitor, I have tried using 2 different hdmi cords but still nothing on the screen. I have a new monitor that I got this christmas so I don't know why it would be that.

EDIT: I let it dry more and started looking for things that looked damage and nothing seemed wrong. I was able to make it show on screen by banging on the sides of my case and it worked for about 45 seconds before it said signal not found again. (It's not the monitor I checked)
