Bose QC35 won’t turn on

Bose qc35 won’t turn on.  When USB cable plugged in, LED doesn’t up too.  [br]

I’ve disconnected the ribbon cable to the small pcb where the usb socket is.  Still none of the LEDs light up when connected to power.

anyone has any ideas?
