Are the lines permanent or are they moving?
If they are moving check the input connection (display port, HDMI, PC) Maybe try removing the connection and re-establish it.
Do the lines appear when the TV menu is up?
There should be a self diagnostic test built into the TV that you could also look into. It should have a ‘Picture Test’
If the lines are permanent, you may want to call a support number, unless you want to physically change your own huge screen.
