I’m preparing to transplant all the internals of a broken Huawei Mate 20 Pro into a new frame and I noticed on the iFixit teardown that there is thermal paste on one of the metal coverings for one of the chips.
I’m assuming it would be a good idea to replace this when transplanting to the new frame but I’m just wondering if I can use any thermal paste? I have some Artic MX-4 from a previous job, will that do?
