Lenovo Thinkpad Tablet not turning on

My tablet started having this issue where it won't turn on today. It was working fine yesterday, but when I tried turning it on this morning, it wouldn't. I've tried the plug in and press power button for 20 seconds then unplug and press power button for another 20 seconds, but that didn't work.

I have artwork on my tablet so I would much prefer if I didn't do a factory reset since none of it is stored on my SD card.
