Sensor Error fixed - everything works except heat and cooking - help!

Sensor error came up so I fixed that it is now gone.  I can use any button to cook but when I hit start the timer starts to go down but food is not cooking.  Not sure what else to do.  I unplugged, did soft and hard reset.
