Check your fuel filter. Then check the fuel pump. If those are good then you may have to break down the carb and do a good thorough cleaning. This includes spraying carb cleaner through all the ports in it, and verifying everything is clean. But since it only sat a few months I'm thinking fuel filter or pump is more likely.
