Galaxy Note 10 GT-N8013ZW Tablet will not power on

My Tablet sat unused for over a year. I replaced the Battery it shows it is charging with the battery symbol on the screen about 90% but will not turn on. I tried holding the Power button over 2 minutes get nothing. Tried Holding power and volume button together over 2 minutes still nothing. Checked all ribbon connections they are all secure and properly inserted. The Tablet was never dropped or damage in anyway, just left unused for over a year. Any suggestions? Thank you
