#1 I would first check the power supply, with a voltmeter. See if it is putting out the correct power. those numbers on on the output listing on the power supply.

#2 try a different power supply ( but the same details like 12 volt 1 amp example only)

#3 reset the unit. lots of units have a small port that you can use a paperclip and softly push till you feel reset button engage. Normally hold power button in for 10 seconds what supplying power.

#4 contact support . Most vendors provide DOA (dead on arrival) warranties, and know their product well.
