My 17 in MacBook Pro does`t turn on...

My MacBook Pro wont turn on, i was working with it at the afternoon and i put it to sleep, i tried to turn it on .... nothing happened i tried all the diagnosis but none of it worked, resetting the PRAM and the other trouble shoots but my mac does`t have reaction for any of them. I heard could be a problem with the flat cable or maybe motherboard issue...?
