I have an AX3 and a AX2. Some of the keys on the keyboard on my AX3 is not working. It happened after I connected an HDMI cable to the laptop then it started getting wonky. After I removed the cable and restarted the laptop multiple times, I still can’t get it to work.
The AX2 also has a problem. I can’t get it to charge despite replacing the removable battery.
