Have you tried using a different input or input type e.g. HDMI, Component video etc or even a different signal source e.g. a dvd player to see if there are any images at all?
It is good to check the voltages on the power board to prove that it is OK but with no images and no backlights and changing inputs/sources etc makes no difference, it appears to be a mainboard problem
