I washed a new iPhone 12 Pro. It’s really clean now and the back glass is shattered but front is ok.

After letting it dry for weeks, battery is not charging via cable but when put on wireless charger it loops 3 times on the apple logo and 1 time with the empty battery icon.

Asking for advice: Should I venture into replacing the battery and the back glass sheet, what are the odds of success? (success means a beast phone with some potential scratches on the camera)
