Hi @brendonmennegke ,

Have you checked that there is no key in the half operated position by checking each and every key to see that it is fully released and not stuck down in a half operated position perhaps, you didn’t say?

Try connecting a USB keyboard to the laptop and check if it works OK, just to further isolate the problem to the keyboard itself.

Here’s the [https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles_pub/330-14ikb_81da_g2_330-15ikb_81dc_de_330touch-15ikb_81dh_81dj_hmm_201803.pdf|hardware maintenance manual] for the laptop.

Go to p.57 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the upper case. The keyboard is part of the upper case assembly.

Usually with keyboard problems it is easier to replace the keyboard than to try and fix it as you can introduce more problems than what there were originally when trying to find out what is wrong.

On p.86-89 Item #2 you will find the part numbers for all the ''country specific'' keyboards for the model. Search online using the part number ''only,'' to get results for suppliers. Usually the part number can be found somewhere on the underside of the uppercase assembly if you wish to verify that you’re ordering the correct one.

Hopefully this is of some help.
