Kids Freetime stuck on loading screen

We’ve had this tablet since March 4th, 2021. Today when my son tried to open his profile on the tablet to play, it wouldn’t open. It’s just stuck on the Freetime loading screen, spinning round and round and round and round. It’s been hours.

I’ve restarted.

I’ve cleared the Freetime cache.

I’ve restarted again.

I’ve rebooted.

Freetime is still stuck on loading.

What else can I do?
