You will probably need to purchase a new battery with the same voltage and amperage  as your old one, then snip old battery wires and plug from old battery and solder and tape them on your new battery. Not as hard  as it sounds. Not familiar with soldering wires? Im sure someone could do it for you in about 30 seconds.
