Go to LaptopScreen.com and see the LCD screen replacement for HP 14-DK1003DX. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you’ll find LCD Mounting Adhesive (for tab-less screens) which is pre-cut sections of stretch to release tape. The only other place I found is Adhesive Tapes Australia which sells Tesa double sided, bond & detach tape in 50 meter lengths (www.adhesivetapes.com.au/product/tesa-double-sided-bond-detach-tape).
