Samsung Galaxy J2 prime setup going back to terms and conditions

So i factory reseted my phone and during the setup after it goes through Checking Info it goes back to Terms and Conditions with a message saying “Google Services has stopped”. Are there any workarounds for this?

Okay so i managed to skip those processes by removing the sim card and bot connecting to the wifi during the setup

Okay so i managed to skip those processes by removing the sim card and not connecting to the wifi during the setup and have reached the homescreen. But i couldnt open any google related applications.
