Installed the new battery

Hi friends,

I installed the new battery bought from ifixit and started the calibration process when I turned on the system the battery percentage was on 71%. I connected the charger cable and after 10 hours it was still 70% and it didn’t make to %100. Has the battery problem? should I return it? Or is it normal?
