No they use different screens between those models. Just be aware that when you change the screen on the A71, you’ll loose the fingerprint scanner function. A couple months ago Samsung pushed an update that would disable the fingerprint scanner if the screen had been changed. If you had the screen changed before the update, the sensor would work perfectly fine with no issues. But after the update it would give you an error message.
