Hi @gtg742t ,
Here’s the [https://download.lenovo.com/pccbbs/mobiles_pdf/t460_hmm_en_sp40k04896_03.pdf|hardware maintenance manual] for the laptop.
Go to p.91 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the display assembly.
To remove the bezel it is usually a case of prising it off with your fingers coming from the screen side of the bezel and lifting upwards. Presumably this is why they state that a new bezel has to be used when installing a replacement LCD panel (see p.92) as most probably it will crack when doing this.
Here’s a link to the [https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/au/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/thinkpad-t-series-laptops/thinkpad-t460/parts/search|parts list] for the model.
Type ''T460 Laptop (ThinkPad)'' in the “search by product name etc, search box” and then select your particular model variant. When the parts list opens type ''bezel'' in the “Find parts for model # search box”, to find the part numbers for the different bezels.
Once you have the appropriate part number, search online using the part number ''only'' to find suppliers of the part.
