Like what @gotowiec27 said, if you bought new, you should be able to warranty the controller. Otherwise if you want to tackle the troubleshooting yourself, try getting some contact cleaner first. Squirt a little into the charging port and insert the charging cable a couple times to work in the cleaner. Sometimes a little gunk or buildup can disrupt the connection. DeoxIT:
