Hotpoint ffs90, warm in refrigerator and cold in freezer

Hi I have a hotpoint ffs90 fridge freezer, usual problem warm in refrigerator and cold in freezer, the evaporator fan won’t operate used a meter to check seemed fine, no build up of ice, but replaced it anyway. Fitted new motor still fan doesn’t operate, only door catch on fridge and that’s working fine. [br]


so what could be the reason the fans not being told to operate? Oh the the defrost heater get hot to the touch. [br]
