If you’re comfortable with a soldering iron you can attempt to replace the charging port yourself, but judging from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P0FhFsahglw it doesn’t look like it’s just a case of removing the old one and sticking a new one in since it’s soldered to the main logic board.
