Thank you for saving me cost of new TV monitor. Vizio 55” of six years kept showing green start-up screen instead of gray and then green plasma on images and splotches on skin. Tapping on back helped for a few hours or so. I took your simplest solution to unplug the power cord briefly because don’t know how to replace panels inside and Occam. It worked! The images look like 4.0K, but only 1.4K. [br]
We had another problem with audio drop outs. Replaced HDMI cable forthat.
