Problem with a Q9806 mosfet

Hello,

While checking the Q9806 mosfet in a LED backlight circuit, I found that its PPBUS_S0_LCDBKLT_EN_DIV voltage is 6.5V. Isn’t it too high? The voltage on a PPBUS_S0_LCDBKLT_FUSED pin is 8.5V. The voltages on PPBUS_S0_LCDBKLT_PWR pins are missing or fluctuating  randomly whether the display is attached or not.  Am I right in thinking that Q9806 is probbaly dead?
