CONFIRMED. Steam solenoid valve was the problem. Please note that the replacement Jura part for USA must be the 120V version, not the 230V version used in Europe. They are unfortunately more than twice the price from what @vauweh shared with us in his posts, and as of Jan 2021 both jura-parts.com and partsguru.com are out of stock.
