Just had my fridge repaired for ice build up in freezer.  I think I piled too much against the fan.  Unplug for 24 hrs. Remove all the pieces of plastic in the freezer and blow dry.  This melts the ice quickly.  My  water catching pan  is at the back bottom.  Keep emptying water.  If everything else is working this will fix the problem.
