My toshiba tv, model: 32D3753DB turns off and on automatically

The TV only used to do this once or twice a few months ago so I thought it would just be because I hadn’t pressed any buttons or done anything on the tv for a while, I have checked I have no timers on my tv it is not set to turn off automatically. Recently my tv is turning off now 3-4 times a day, even when I just put a programme on the tv it’ll just shutdown and turns itself back on. Sometimes it stays off tho and won’t turn on by the remote so I have to unplug it and replug it in to turn it back on any ideas?
