I ordered my wife a Xbox Model 1708 controller through Design Labs, this unit randomly acts like the Sync button on the top has been pressed. The physical button is flush with the casing and is hard and unmoving. I believe the button is the source of the problem, I have tried updating the firmware, cleaning the button, and have reached out to Microsoft. What do I need to do?
