Phone wont turn on/charge after cleaning main board

Just recently cleaned corrosion off of the main board that was near where the battery connects and plugged every thing back in. Showed the charging symbol and LED for about 15 seconds and showed a temperature warning for about a minute. Now the phone is refusing to turn on or to even charge for that matter.

Edit: I disconnected the battery and it did it repeated what it did above, only when the battery is disconnected.
