Bad joystick stick after opening

-I first had an issue with the d pad as the left arrow would not work. I then opened it to try and fix it but I couldn’t. I then closed the controller and there is the very big issue with the joystick. No previous issues with the joystick. Instagram me @xcatrin.morris and I’ll send a video of what’s happening
