iPod Touch is STILL locked and won't connect to Itunes

I bought an Itouch last month. I foolishly forgot the passcode and it has been disabled since then.
When I try to set it to recovery mode all I get is ‘Ipod is disabled, connect it to Itunes’, I connect it to Itunes, nothing happens. Itunes is updated. I thought it was my computer, nope it’s fine, I had it checked out last month.
I tried that 3utools program, and many other unlocking programs. nope, nothing works there either. I tried a different cord as well. It’s brand new, it has nothing on it so I am not worried about losing anything. I’m at my wits end, I don’t want to take it to an Apple store for repair as it will cost a fortune probably. Please help.
