Are trackpad cables interchangeable

Hi Guys,

I have been replacing the battery on an early 2013 Macbook Pro and have snapped the trackpad cable.

The part number on the cable that I broke is 821-1610-A and the only one available has part number 821-1904-A.

Are these interchangeable?
