I refurbish screens but it isn’t worth buying all the equipment if you’re only going to refurbish one screen as it costs thousands. There are other methods that you can use but they are DIY methods. For example to remove the glass you can use a heat gun and plastic to get under the glass and take it off. Then when installing the new glass, you’d use LOCA instead of OCA, then use an ultra violet light to cure the LOCA glue.
