my phone stuck in logo page. there is one red exclamation mark on top of left corner. Volume up + power …. not working. volume down+power …. stuck in downloading page. when I connect my device to pc in logo mode, any thing happen. when connect in downloading mode pc say usb not recognized. pls help if u can . best regards
