If it was professionally repaired take it back and tell them that it is not working properly after they fixed it. They should have tested all the main functions of the phone before handing it back to you.

There are two antennas in the phone so maybe it is a problem with them although Bluetooth and WiFi share the same antennas and also the same IC chip on the board so it is unusual that one works while the other doesn’t.

Here’s the ifixit [guide|132665] guide. It is only linked to let you see the blue and white antenna wires in the phone. They can be seen in the image in Step.19 .
