Hi @momomckh ,
Some things to try:
-a). Try resetting the tablet by ''gently'' inserting a straightened paper clip into the tablet’s Reset hole for 5-10 seconds and then remove. You should feel the reset button operate as you insert the paperclip.[br]

b). Try a [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QmaJRf0pxFQ|hard reset] and check if the tablet starts OK and then turns on etc. ''Be aware that a hard reset will erase all your personal data and downloaded apps from the tablet. It will be like when it was first bought.''
c). [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGhT1CG4lcA|Open the tablet] and inspect the micro USB charge port to ensure that it is not loose from the systemboard thereby prevent the charger from either starting the tablet or charging the battery so it can be used to operate the tablet.
