Pre-lit tree one color won't light

I have a pre-lit LED Christmas tree that has several settings: white, multi-color, and cycle between white and multi-color.   The multi-color lights up fine, but the white doesn’t come on, either when set to white, or when set to cycle, but all of the leds light up in color.  Any ideas for a fix?
