This same problem just started happening yesterday with my printer. Upon examination all parts looked normal. I decided to do a Printer Head Cleaning. After the cleaning the first two documents I tried to print sent the paper through once but then printed on the next sheet that it loaded. The third document I printed worked as expected. This seems to have solved the problem in my case. Not sure why but it did. Maybe there is a sensor in the printer that senses a dirty printer head?
