The “dump valve” on that tractor is on the panel under the steering wheel, or between your legs…  not behind the tractor.  Looks like a tiny parking brake lever.

The brakes are internal on those “Hydro-Gear” units.  There is no external disc.

I just scrapped the same tractor ( rotted in half), but saved the twin 20HP motor and the hydro.
