A Toshiba Satellite L645d user here. I’m only getting 3lights from my laptop which is the power light and the battery charging light. I have a black screen whenever I turn on my laptop and I can here the fan working. I need help. What’s causing problem and how else can I troubleshoot this?
Followed all the basic troubleshooting I can find online such as removing the batt and holding down the power button for 1min and putting it back again w/ and w/o power cord. Removing ram. I just can’t seem to remove the entire back cover of my laptop(too scared it might break).
Power cord is okay. My battery is fully charged.
