Hi,

This unit is not working any more, The control button LED remain green,  I can’t not program the wi-fi no more, I press the LED button for 7 second or more, led remain solid green. I open it and look inside everything look good, I am wondering hot to hard reset the unit. ( unplug for more than 24 hours and replug I got the same thing)
