The last update on moto x play was of Noughat but the motherboard and extensions were not capable to handle the Noughat, which later introduced some heavy bugs and glitches in bios
Like immediate battery drain
Immediate shut down
Over heating and many bugs in bios leads to overfunction of motherboard.
Moto x play XT1562 is not capable to run noughat.
Changing displays and battery will not reflect change.
To make it run again seamlessly you have to downgrade your android version and also required hard format reset which would remove heavy bugs and glitches.
