"contact service" problem in Nokia 5130Xpress music

I am suresh
I am facing a problem in my Nokia 5130 Xpress music fone.
When I turn on my phone it is asking for flight query (as i turned on that feature).
If i press "Yes" It is diaplaying "Contact service" and not proceeding furthur
If i press "No" It is diaplaying "Contact service" and is going off immediately.
Pls help to solve this prob....
