It won’t be the fuse.
Here’s the 2005 Dodge Ram [https://cardiagn.com/wiring-2005-ram/|wiring diagram] (you didn’t state your specific year model but this is within the range selected on this page).
In Sect.8W-60 it shows the the power windows circuits for both the driver and passenger sides and ''they are both powered by the same fuse'' (IPM fuse #9) and the Power Window circuit breaker. (see also 8W-13-24)
In Sect.8W-61-3 it shows the door locks are fed by IPM fuse #28.
You would need to need to check the wiring through the driver side door lock/window switch control module to see if it was OK as the power for the passenger side comes through it.
