Did you mean a Toshiba SD63HK?

You can either disconnect the power from the device and then open it up and check for a fuse on the circuit board near to where the power cord enters the device. Look for a component with an '''F''' designation on the board as fuses don’t have to look like what you think they may look like.

If you cannot find a fuse  post some close up images of the board back here. Here’s how to do this. [guide|21499]
