Beats Solo 3 won’t turn on, Tried all reset methods

My Beats Solo3 wireless headset will not turn on.

The firmware is up to date
[br]
MacBook will recognize headphones when connected via usb
[br]
Beats App says firmware is up to date and battery level 90%
[br]
Battery lights illuminated when connected
[br]
If Unplug from the charging source, the led lights all disappear
[br]
The headset will not turn on when I press the power button.
[br]
Even after trying all reset solutions (hold down Power+Mute for 10 seconds, 2 minutes, etc) while being plugged in and/or unplugged. Still nothing. No lights. No power.

**Power button works as when connected to MacBook via usb and power button held for 10sec it will disconnect from the MacBook**
[br]
**Speakers work fine with auxiliary cable**
